Refund policy

We want you to be happy with GBP Spy.

New purchases

If GBP Spy isn't right for you, email gbp-spy@leanstrategy.guru within 14 days of your first subscription payment or your Lifetime Pass purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

Faults

If GBP Spy stops working because of a fault on our side and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 working days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
